Material DNA

Every material, brand, and grade — locked before construction begins.

Your Material DNA is the contractual specification behind your segment: exactly what goes into your build, documented in writing, before ground is broken.

Specification Integrity

Documentation replaces "trust me."

Every material, brand, grade, and process is contractually documented before construction begins. This DNA-locked system is what makes Apex’s 11-segment pricing possible — and what makes substitution impossible.

SPECIFIED

Grade-level precision

Steel, cement, and finishing materials are named to their exact grade — not described as "high quality" or "premium."

VERIFIED

Cross-checked on arrival

Materials are checked against the Material DNA specification when they reach site, before use is approved.

In Our Own Words
“ We use the TMT steel grade specified exclusively, cross-verified through our material selection checks. We do not substitute specified brands.

This is how we speak about materials — in data, grades, and named brands. Not "high-strength premium iron rods from reputable local vendors."

Structure Specification, By Segment

The grade progression, in full view

Every step up in segment is a step up in engineering grade — not just finish quality. Here is exactly how the structural specification scales across Residential and Luxury.
