Why Apex exists
The construction industry in Bihar has a reputation for creating distrust — a lack of accountability, budgeting failures, and timeline extension. An average family looking to build a home spends 15 to 20 years accumulating ₹40–80 lakh. Apex Build Studio was founded by Saurav Suman, who comes from a family construction business and has spent 7 years working hands-on in the field as a government contractor, on a single conviction: that the families of this region deserve the same specification-grade rigour that metro clients take for granted. That practical, on-ground experience — combined with a dedicated engineering and execution team — is what built the discipline behind Apex’s systems.
